How each alternative compares
Eufy C28 Robot Vacuum and Mop
The Eufy C28 prioritizes privacy and compact maintenance over raw power. It uses a 15,000 Pa suction motor, which is half the strength of the Yeedi M12 MAX Plus. However, it offers a more compact footprint at 14.6 inches wide. The dock handles both vacuuming and mopping autonomously. You should choose this if you value data privacy and a smaller base station. The Yeedi provides stronger suction and hot water mop washing. The Eufy gives you a quieter, more private experience with adequate cleaning for daily pet hair. It lacks the high-temperature wash feature found in the Yeedi dock.
Shark Matrix Plus Bagless Robot Vacuum & Mop
The Shark Matrix Plus focuses on bagless convenience and edge cleaning. It features a self-emptying dock that does not use disposable bags, unlike the Yeedi M12 MAX Plus which uses a 3L dust bag. The Shark has a lower profile at 5.69 inches in height. This allows it to slide under lower furniture where the taller Yeedi cannot reach. It offers strong suction for debris pickup. You should pick this if you want to avoid buying replacement bags. The Yeedi provides superior mopping with hot water washing and dual spinning disks. The Shark sacrifices advanced mopping automation for a simpler, bagless maintenance cycle and better clearance under low furniture.
Roborock Qrevo Robot Vacuum and Mop
The Roborock Qrevo emphasizes tangle-free maintenance and obstacle avoidance. It uses a roller mop system that is designed to resist hair wrapping, a common issue with standard mops. The dock provides comprehensive self-cleaning functions. The Yeedi M12 MAX Plus uses a dual-disk mop with hot water washing. The Roborock focuses on keeping the brushes clean rather than washing the mops with heat. You should choose this if you have long pet hair and want minimal brush maintenance. The Yeedi offers stronger suction at 25,000 Pa. The Roborock provides a different mopping approach and potentially better hair management for heavy pet households.
iRobot Roomba Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop
The iRobot Roomba Plus excels in precise obstacle avoidance and compact design. It has a slim profile at 3.29 inches in height, allowing it to clean under beds and sofas that the taller Yeedi M12 MAX Plus cannot access. The dock manages debris and mop hygiene automatically. The Yeedi is significantly larger at 21 inches in height. You should pick this if you have low-clearance furniture or need superior navigation around clutter. The Yeedi provides stronger suction and hot water mop washing. The iRobot offers a more compact robot and advanced obstacle detection, making it better for homes with many low obstacles.
Dreame L40s Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop
The Dreame L40s Ultra offers a balance of suction and automated maintenance. It features a self-emptying dock that cleans the mop pads. The Yeedi M12 MAX Plus includes hot water washing at 167°F, which the Dreame does not specify. The Dreame has a larger dock footprint at 27.3 inches in height. It provides strong suction for general cleaning. You should choose this if you want a robust all-in-one station with reliable mopping automation. The Yeedi provides hotter water for better stain removal and stronger suction power. The Dreame offers a solid alternative with comprehensive dock features, though it lacks the specific hot water cleaning capability of the Yeedi.
iRobot Roomba 115X Robot Vacuum and Mop
The iRobot Roomba 115X is optimized for carpet cleaning and LiDAR navigation. It uses LiDAR for precise mapping, whereas the Yeedi uses Mini-ToF navigation. The Roomba has a very slim profile at 3.11 inches in height. This allows it to clean under low furniture effectively. The dock is self-emptying. The Yeedi M12 MAX Plus is taller and focuses on hard floor mopping with hot water. You should pick this if you have mostly carpets and low-clearance furniture. The Yeedi provides superior mopping performance and stronger suction. The iRobot offers better carpet agitation and a more compact robot design for navigating tight spaces.
