You are looking for supclean solar pool skimmer robot alternatives to find a device that fits your specific pool setup. The original Supclean SolarSurfer S5 offers continuous solar-powered surface cleaning with app control and ultrasonic radar navigation. It features a 4.5-liter debris basket and measures 26.2 inches in length. These specs make it reliable for above-ground or inground pools that require automated skimming without electricity costs.
However, you might want a different option due to size constraints or specific pool features. Some models are more compact, while others offer enhanced obstacle avoidance or specialized designs for saltwater environments. The alternatives on this list were chosen because their published specifications overlap with the original product. They all provide surface cleaning capabilities and smart control methods. This ensures you can compare core features like power source, navigation type, and app compatibility to select the best fit for your needs.
How Alternatives Compare to Supclean
AIPER Surfer S2 Solar Pool Skimmer
The AIPER Surfer S2 is a compact alternative that shares the solar-powered and app-controlled features of the Supclean. It measures 16.3 by 7.9 by 21.3 inches, making it smaller and lighter at 12.6 pounds. This unit includes obstacle avoidance, similar to the Supclean’s ultrasonic radar. You get the same hands-free surface cleaning without needing electricity. However, the AIPER does not list a specific debris basket capacity in its specs. If you prefer a smaller footprint for tight spaces or smaller above-ground pools, this gray model fits well. It offers the same automation but with a different physical profile. Choose this if you want a proven brand with a smaller design.
Supclean SolarSurfer S5 Blue Pool Skimmer
The Supclean SolarSurfer S5 Blue is essentially the same device as the original, just in a different color and with Bluetooth control. It retains the 26.2 by 18 by 7.7-inch dimensions and the 4.5-liter debris basket. The main difference is the control method. This version uses Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi or standard app connectivity over the internet. It is ideal for in-ground pools with steps, just like the original. You get the same solar-powered continuous cleaning and fine-mesh basket. If you do not have Wi-Fi access near your pool or prefer local Bluetooth control, this blue variant is the direct alternative. It offers identical performance with a slight change in connectivity preference.
Beatbot iSkim Solar Pool Skimmer
The Beatbot iSkim is a larger, premium option that also runs on solar power and app control. It measures 23 by 23 by 12 inches, which is significantly bigger than the Supclean. This unit features obstacle avoidance and is designed for saltwater pools. It offers automatic edge parking for easier maintenance. While the Supclean has a 4.5-liter basket, the Beatbot does not specify its debris capacity in the provided data. It is built for users who want a more robust build and long runtime. If you have a saltwater pool and need a larger device that parks itself, this Ink Blue model is a strong choice. It gives up the compact size for enhanced durability and smart parking features.
BRINBO SK01 Solar Pool Skimmer Robot
The BRINBO SK01 is a solar-powered skimmer that matches the Supclean in app control and surface cleaning focus. It measures 24.6 by 20 by 7.8 inches, making it slightly longer and wider. This black and blue unit is designed for users who prioritize surface cleanliness. It offers the same automated, hands-free operation using solar energy. The BRINBO does not list specific navigation technology like ultrasonic radar in its specs, but it provides app-based management. If you want a similar solar solution with a different aesthetic and slightly larger dimensions, this is a viable option. It fits well in pools where floating debris is the main concern. Choose this if you prefer a larger surface area for collection.
CZYBYTE Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner
The CZYBYTE P1181-OE-4 is a cordless robotic vacuum, not a solar skimmer. It differs significantly by using a rechargeable battery instead of solar power. It measures 15.6 by 15.2 by 8.86 inches and is orange. This unit offers strong suction and full coverage, including the pool floor, unlike the Supclean which only cleans the surface. It uses app control for precision. If you need to clean the entire pool, not just the surface, this cordless robot is the alternative. It requires regular charging via an adapter. Choose this if your main issue is debris on the pool floor or walls. It gives up the passive solar maintenance for active, deep cleaning capabilities.
Betta Neo Solar Pool Skimmer
The Betta Neo is a solar-powered skimmer designed specifically for above-ground pools. It measures 19.5 by 17 by 8 inches and weighs 9 pounds. This gray model includes obstacle avoidance and uses a long-range gateway for app control. It shares the solar power and app control features of the Supclean. However, it does not list a specific debris basket capacity or navigation type like ultrasonic radar. It is ideal for above-ground pools where you want automated, remote-managed cleaning. If you have an above-ground pool and prefer a lighter device with long-range connectivity, this is a solid choice. It offers similar surface cleaning with a focus on remote management and obstacle detection.
